2000 USA Cycling Athlete Release

- All athletes will be required to present a signed USA CYCLING/NORBA
Athlete’s Release Form when picking up race number. Individuals wanting to
speed up their check-in are encouraged to print a copy of the release form and fill it out
before the race
- If you are a parent/guardian of a minor/child and will not accompany
your child to the race, your child must present a completed and signed
release form with the parental consent section signed at registration check-in
