  Trials location could change: Due to a last minute private land owner issue, the Observed Trials location could change.  Other locations being discussed are some great rock areas near the Limekiln race site.  I will post the change here as soon as we know.  Also check  during registration for any last minute changes.

  For those of you who have not heard, CORPS is no more.  A new series has formed called the Mountain States Cup.  The promoters are Thane Wright and Eric Jean.  The official website for the series is mtnstatescup.tripod.com.   The Mountain States Cup is the NORBA Rocky Mountain Regional Championship Series.   The Mtn States Cup 2000 will be comprised of nine events.  Visit their site to learn more about what promises to be a great series.

  Several people have asked if they have to race both days to acquire CORPS points.  The answer is YES.  This is a stage race and final results are based on combined times of both days.  CORPS points will then be awarded based on the combined results.  You may race one day only, but no prizes or points will be awarded.

  It is our understanding that www.Geargrinder.com is not posting CORPS results anymore.  www.BoulderCycling.com is now posting results and plans on having all results throughout the season.  Any questions, contact Greg Jenkins - gjenkins@indra.com.

  I have had many requests for last years results on other races.  Jeff Cospolich found them on www.usacycling.org/mtb/results/98results/8.html .  It is kind of hard to find on their web site.
